Rebecca
New Patient Coordinator & Practice Manager
Originally from Fredericksburg, Virginia, Rebecca studied at Penn State and James Madison universities. She moved to Mobile in 2005, where she worked in the dental field as a lab technician and Oral Surgery Assistant. Dr. Pickett invited her to act as the Treatment Coordinator. With her love for architecture and interior design, Rebecca helped design our Mobile and Jackson offices. She and Dr. Pickett share three children, Alexa, Clark, and Noah.
Mitzi
Financial Coordinator
Mitzi has been working the business side of the dental field since 1995, coordinating treatment, appointments, insurance, and financial contracts. She joined Pickett Orthodontics in 2015 and enjoys helping patients customize their payment plans and ensure they get their complete insurance benefits. Mitzi and her husband spend time between their homes here in Mobile and in Louisiana with their two fur babies. When not working, they enjoy time with family and friends boating, watching Auburn and Alabama football, and attending Mardi Gras festivities and concerts.
Amber
Marketing Coordinator
Amber knew she wanted to be in dentistry since she was a little girl. After high school, she was accepted into Faulkner State’s Dental Assisting program in 2014. She spent time as a general dentistry assistant and migrated to the front desk, where she was a Scheduling Coordinator for six years before joining our team in 2019. Amber eventually took the role of Marketing Coordinator where she manages our Hospitality Department as the liaison for our dental colleagues and community sponsorships. Amber enjoys shopping trips, sunny beach days, and above all, spending time with her husband Stephen and their two daughters, Hallie and Lila.

Kayla
Growth Guidance Coordinator
Kayla has been dedicated to the dental field since she was a senior in high school where she participated in the Dental Assisting program. She developed skills in both general dentistry and orthodontics before joining our team in 2018 as a Clinical Assistant. As the Growth Guidance Coordinator, she assists patients that are ready to start their orthodontic journey. Kayla enjoys shopping, being on the water, and spending time with her husband Matthew and their son Krue.
Kylie
Scheduling Coordinator
Kylie graduated from Mobile Christian School in 2023. After high school, she signed with Wallace State Community College where she ran cross country at the D2 level and graduated in 2025. Kylie joined our team in 2025 and her bright, caring personality excels at our Front Desk! In her free time she enjoys spending time with family, friends, and loves spending time outdoors!
Lindsey
Scheduling Coordinator
Lindsey began her dental career in 2018, gaining valuable experience in patient care and general dentistry procedures. She joined Pickett Orthodontics in 2021 as a Clinical Assistant. This is where her passion for helping patients grew. Her dedication and organizational skills led to her transition to the front desk, where she now excels as the Scheduling Coordinator. Lindsey is committed to ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both patients and staff, making her a key part of the Pickett Orthodontics team. In her spare time, Lindsey enjoys spending time with her family and being on the water.
Alena
Clinical Assistant
Alena graduated from Theodore High School in 2020. As a member of the Dental Assisting program, she interned for local general dentists, including Pickett Orthodontics! Her internship turned into a full-time Clinical Assistant position in 2021. Alena’s fantastic clinical skills are complimented by her sweet servant’s heart which makes her a wonderful support system for both our patients and team! When she is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling!
Olivia
Clinical Assistant
Olivia has been a special part of the Pickett Ortho since 2022 after graduating from Accelerated Dental Assisting Academy. What she loves most about her job is getting to know our patients on a personal level while watching their smile transform throughout their treatment process! Away from work, she enjoys spending time with her husband Zack and her family and friends! She also enjoys shopping, traveling, and being outdoors!
Bayleigh
Clinical Assistant
Bayleigh joined our team in 2024 after graduating from Theodore High School and the two-year Dental Assisting program. Her favorite part of her job is witnessing the transformation of our patients' smiles throughout their treatment. Outside of work, Bayleigh loves spending time with her friends, family, and fur babies, as well as enjoying the beach and outdoor activities.
